The Wythe Corner House involved the gut renovation and modern addition to a century-old corner townhouse in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The distribution of the hovering addition created a series of distinct outdoor spaces across four levels of the house. Each of the landscape areas has a unique identity, going from the parking entry, and shaded green courtyard to the native meadow and multi-use patio on the rooftop. This distinction has created a series of spaces in which the homeowners can test and enjoy different greenroof technologies, materials, and plants .
