To mark its centennial year, The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce published a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy to chart a course for the continued vitality of Brooklyn through the next century. The strategy identified goals for the borough as well as strategies to attract Brooklyn-based employers, equip people with skills and resources, and enhance neighborhoods. A diverse set of stakeholders representing Brooklyn’s interests were consulted through the planning process.
